It also includes coordination and collaboration with suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers and, of course, our clients.
The primary objective of our SCM is to fulfill client demands through the efficient use of resources, including distribution capacity, inventory, and manpower.
Various aspects of optimizing the supply chain include liaising with suppliers to eliminate bottlenecks; sourcing strategically locally and internationally; implementing just-in-time techniques to minimize inventory costs; use of ERP systems; maintaining the right mix of materials, tools and equipment, and selecting the optimum location of warehouses to best serve our clients, whether they are in Jubail, Yanbu or elsewhere in the GCC. We ensure the tools, equipment and materials we procure exceed the high quality and safety standards of our clients.
Indeed, we pioneer the introduction of new technology to the Middle East to better serve our clients and reduce turnaround duration. Subcontractors are vetted and made fully aware of the safety and quality standards our clients expect and the terms and conditions of our client agreements with are likewise imposed on them.
